Isabel Marant offers a seamless return process for items purchased online, allowing for returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Request a Return
Log in to your account or visit the Order Status page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact, and include the printed return form inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off or Collection
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary pick-up through our logistics partner's website.
